We can all agree that Mondays are the worst days. We all just enjoyed personal freedom all weekend long and now unfortunately have to go back to subjecting ourselves to the daily rituals and inboxes we live in 40 hours a week. 

Here are my top remedies to keep you alert and better functioning on the day when we ALL need it the most!


1. Ginseng 

Ginseng, a perennial plant found in northern china and Korea, also referred to as panex ginseng. Ginseng is an adaptogen in the body, by stimulating the adrenal glands allowing the body to function better under stressors while combating the feeling of fatigue.
