Where: A secret hotel in upstate New York

About: A dreamy weekend filled with self-care, meditation, sustainable meals, and cosmic connections

Intention: To foster connection by empowering women on their wellness journey

Tucked away in upstate New York lies a secret hotel on a working farm, surrounded by crisp stillness and fluorescent skyscapes. Goddesses gathered here as strangers and left with lifelong connections, formed through creative expression and wellness experiences. These women individually are magnificent humans, radiating goddess energy from the inside out, and together form a collective of changemakers. They are a tribe that will change the dialogue of competition from winning and losing, to an infinite spectrum of success. (A goddess defined as a woman who is adored, admired, and empowers others.)

As each goddess arrived, she found an antique key to her hotel room in an old horse stable. The rooms were filled with luxurious linen sheets, curated wellness essentials, and self-care products. Curated weathered wood boxes filled with Ettitude sleeping masks, Moon Juice Yoni adaptogen oil, Cuvee Beauty champagne spray, Ocka raw turmeric bars, Casa Bosques Chocolate, Magic Mix snacks, Dope Naturally energizing supplement powder, and more, hid in every room as a little surprise of love and wellness essentials.

The bathroom was a dreamy mixture of farm girl and chic décor. The bathrooms were a home to deep white porcelain tubs, natural morning light, soft Frette robes, and luxury, organic based self-care products by Darphin and Christoph Robin to enhance her inner goddess.

Before the nights events began, we trickled off to explore impeccable water pressure and experience our new Darphin and Christoph Robin products.

After settling into the stillness, goddesses gathered in an old barn converted as an art studio filled with hay barrels, canvases, and free expression.

A creative collaboration of painting goddess energy with a surprise element. Every 5-10 minutes, we put down our paint brush and egos, and stepped into someone else’s energy, to someone else’s canvas, and collaborated with their views on feminine energy.

Connection and collaboration continued, as the goddesses were led by candle light through trees and snowfall to a small, intimate kitchen in the back of the property. The cosmic connection CBD dinner was filled with crystal balls, Charlotte’s Web CBD, aromatic florals, intention cards, laughter, warm zucchini bread and a meal integrated with CBD oil and biodynamic food harvested from the property.

Intentions were written, shoes were taken off, and hand in hand we gathered into a candle lit room, saged with Sunday Forever, as Charlotte’s Web CBD was dripped underneath our tongues.

We sat in inclusion sharing our deepest intentions and stories, embracing one another until the candles became dim and our eyes faded into the night.

Saturday morning the natural light and giggles from our sleepover with our fellow goddesses woke us for a meditation in a fire heated cabin at the base of the river.

The meditation was led by Laura @kumidreams with blankets, pillows, palo santo, and reiki as we sprinkled around the one room cabin.

After finding our truest self, we gathered in the sunlit barn filled with bands, Pvolve balls, mats, and Evan Bread leading a team of self-empowered women through a journey to find a deeper strength within our own bodies; the Pvolve method. From the outside peering in, what seemed relatively simple, was a testament of our inner and physical strength, as we found the deep integral muscle movements to better our physical experience on earth.

Slowly and surely each goddess gathered for a build your own Acai brunch filed with impeccable florals by Flora Di Nora, hot tea, and homemade nut milk.

Full and flourishing we ventured back to the barn staged with paintings of collaborative feminine energy, haystack couches, dope naturally latte station, Bimble CBD beverages, an Intelligent Nutrient facial station, and piles of pillows and rugs centered for a sound healing meditation.

Goddesses poured their Dope Naturally beet oat milk latte, and gathered around to experience a sound meditation, lead by Arianna tickle on behalf of MNDFL Meditation. In the midst of the sun-drenched barn, sounds rung the room, as we feel deep into the Earth.

We returned back to the stables to change into our most feminine embodiment, before embarking on an evening of exploring feminine energy and sensuality. A sex magic tantric discussion was led behind velvet curtains, candle light, and whispering conversations of sexuality.

Through the moonlight, across the farm, the barn was transformed with velvet drapery, red florals, pomegranates, candle operas, rose petals, and deep sensual feminine energy. The goddesses gathered in the entrance of the barn, where doors opened to the most magical scene of feminine embodiment.

We staggered around the table for a 4-course aphrodisiac themed farm to table dinner, followed by a Cacao Co. cacao ceremony in the upstairs barn loft. The night danced away with new found connections, sensuality, and appreciation for vulnerability.

As the snow melted, and the sun lit the hills of Rhinebeck, we gathered once more to nourish our bodies through a sustainable, home-cooked meal.

The kitchen was decked with red and white florals between bottles of Health Ade kombucha, soft linen touches, and hand sketched menus. We gathered for our final communal experience to learn the deep intricacies of revitalizing our gut flora with Health-Ade kombucha and a spread of impeccable biodynamic farm to table brunch items.

As we became deeply connected with our bodies in conversation, ideas of greater wellness being grew into an intention that would carry us beyond the perimeters of the farm of empowering our bodies through wellness.

One by one the goddesses left the secret hotel memories, connection, and wellness goodies in hand.
