I challenge each and every one of you to make one choice today that you are going to be more conscious with. Mine is the consumption of plastic. Reducing my carbon footprint with my decrease in plastic consumption, making me more connected with my planet and the people I love. I also challenge you to tune into your love language, and gift the gift of consciousness in your own special way to subconsciously and consciously impact your loved ones.
