The kitchen was decked with red and white florals between bottles of Health Ade kombucha, soft linen touches, and hand sketched menus. We gathered for our final communal experience to learn the deep intricacies of revitalizing our gut flora with Health-Ade kombucha and a spread of impeccable biodynamic farm to table brunch items.
As we became deeply connected with our bodies in conversation, ideas of greater wellness being grew into an intention that would carry us beyond the perimeters of the farm of empowering our bodies through wellness.
