Dogs who love food, are the best kind of dogs.
Their love is limitless.
but their love for food is unconditional.
They create constant happiness.
Life is about who you are with...
not where you are going.
My Story:
When I was 5 years old I got my first pet, Windy. I later found out that She was a He and changed his name to Fluffy (because Wind and Fluff have genders). In the course of several years, I had 7 bunnies, 4 dogs, countless fish, and the became the owner of an over bred snail who then became a permanent pond resident.
From a young age, animals taught me responsibility, happiness, love, compassion, and simple well being. They are a silent partner, a constant smile, and a loyal companion. When I moved back East from Santa Barbara, it was a hard adjustment: harsh weather, stern faces, and stale food. My mother suggested that I get a dog.
Animals are a necessary part of my soul. Dogs are a constant reminder on a bad day that everyone deserves to love and be loved. They are far more emotionally intelligent than humans, as they show that a simple smile does improve the lives of everyone around you.
Emotional wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing, as the two go hand in hand. Animals are soothing and alleviate stress. Stress is the number one killer among humans. It causes diseases, breaks down your immune system, and damages one's quality of life.
To my four legged friends may you live long and bark less. Woof.
