What is Matcha?
Matcha is stone ground green tea leaves. When brewing green tea, surface area and osmosis determines the ability for one to absorb the nutrients from the green tea leaves. In contrast, when consuming matcha, the whole leaf is consumed as opposed to being steeped, allowing all nutrients to be absorbed into the body providing antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
