Fleur Room Birthday Celebration
To all my loved ones who continue to support me, thank you.
Thank you for joining me for an evening of city skyscapes, pink disco lights, and feathered shoes at “The Fleur Room.”
Special thanks to Mom and my sisters for flying across the country to spend a day with me. If you missed it, Mom whipped out the stanky leg on the dance floor and was a force to be reckoned with.
AriLife 2.5 Year in Review:
Year 25 was a year of growth, expansion, and hardship gliding from one failure to another without losing enthusiasm.
I use to perceive success as a linear regression trending upward, and now have found enjoyment and appreciation in the whimsical journey that may or may not ever trend positive.
Through the ups and downs, Ari Life expanded into “the wellness agency” with a focus on experiences to empower women through wellness and “the real Ari Life” overcame the loss of a dog, of friendships, of relationships, while gaining mentorship, new friendships, an appreciation for oat milk and CBD and invaluable life experiences to win and learn from.
I was asked during a panel on Wellness Entrepreneurs to share my wellness practice, how I am giving back to myself, and establishing a self care routine while preaching optimal wellbeing. The truth is, if you are running a business chances are you don’t have the time for self care, but you do have time for connection. The bases of wellness is connectivity. Individuals who make more connections experience higher well being. Our human experience is defined by our relationships with one another, and their daily touch points that create a sense of belonging and validation. I am eternally grateful for all the people in my life I have the opportunity to connect with on a regular bases.
It is the connection with others that grounds me, and brings me joy and happiness, and it is my community which makes me spring out of bed in the morning and strive to create a better world. Connection is my wellness practice.
Year 26, I am honored to be here.
