Thank you for coming to our first in-person, post-covid event Balance Your Body, with P.volve x Territory Foods. It felt so nice to gather with an amazing group of like minded women to discuss all things pelvic floor and nutrition for the female reproductive health continuum.

Todays event began with a pelvic floor strengthening class at P.volve Soho, later leading into conversations relating to what exercises to focus on in each state of motherhood (from promoting fertility to post-birth), what exercisers help heal and strengthen the vaginal muscles, and how to exercise when you have such little time.

Following the class, we all gathered together around the table to share a nutritious lunch from Territory Foods, while discussing the importance of exercise and nutrition in regards to the reproductive health continuum; Discussing topics such as what foods you should eat at each life stage (promoting fertility, each trimester, post-natal, weaning baby, etc.) as well as which foods could lead to hormone disruption and how to recognize them.

No matter where you are on your journey with the female body it's important to remember to be kind to your body, your journey and yourself.
